Creative & Technology Hub

  • We prioritise overall participant well-being with a program led by certified trainers. It begins with group fitness sessions, whether indoors or outdoors, encompassing activities like fitness, resistance training, boxing cardio, and yoga.
  • Weekly goals keep you on track, and we also arrange team sports for those into friendly games.

For over two decades, Kim Moddel has dedicated her career to disabilities and inclusion, with a focus on young adults' transition from school to work. She's witnessed the lack of opportunities and support for these individuals and has taken action. 

Kim has assembled a passionate team dedicated to creating new opportunities for young people with disabilities, helping them unleash their creative and entrepreneurial potential. 

Co-Hive Hub isn't just an initiative; it's a revolution in the making. It's a movement that empowers individuals with disabilities to chart their own course, make profound contributions to society, and radiate their exceptional abilities for the world to see.

Below is the process to get started with Co-Hive Hub.

Fill in EOI Form Online

Begin by completing the Expression of Interest (EOI) form on our website. See the Register Your Interest link below

Discuss Needs

Expect a call from our staff to discuss the participant's needs. If it's a match, you'll be invited to a 45-minute Intake Meeting

Book Intake Meeting

Watch for an email to schedule your Intake Meeting, choosing in-person or Zoom.

Attend Intake Meeting

Meet with a Co-Hive staff member for 45 minutes, bringing your NDIS plan to discuss goals.

Online Agreement

Both the Participant and their support person will receive sign-up forms. Complete the service agreement online.

Personalised Schedule & Programs

After the agreement, our dedicated team will collaborate with you to create a personalised schedule and tailored programs that match your goals and preferences.
