While finding employment is a common objective for all, it's equally important to nurture life skills that foster independence and enhance social competence, ensuring your success in both professional and personal worlds.
At Co-Hive Hub, we have designed programs which encompass a wide range of experiences, from independent travel and cooking to improving your fitness and well-being, exploring new recreational activities, and delving into the world of drama and performance.
Co-Hive Hub has develop the Co-Eats program to allow you to learn about healthy eating, cooking on a budget, and valuable life skills to increase independence.

To be part of the Social program, you must be enrolled in Co-Hive Hub and be attending at least 1 other program in the hub.
These Social Meetups events are not published online and once enrolled, they are sent monthly to current attendees of Co-Hive Hub.

Certified trainers lead our Get Active programs, featuring group fitness sessions with activities like fitness, resistance training, boxing cardio, and yoga.
