What You'll Learn

You’ll improve fitness, coordination, rhythm, and confidence through fun, upbeat dance-based movement. Sessions focus on energy, expression, teamwork, and learning simple routines inspired by hip-hop, Zumba, jazz, Latin dance, and pop choreography.

Real-World Connections

You’ll explore how dance supports physical and emotional wellbeing and learn ways to stay active in your community, including group classes, community events, and social dance activities.
