Module 1
Foundations for Independent Living
Covers daily routines, home safety, basic cooking, shopping, and meal planning.
Module 2
My Home, My Way
Explore housing options, cohabitation skills, money confidence, and banking safety.
Module 3
Managing Life at Home
Focus on household management, organization, financial responsibility, and public transport travel.
Module 4
Preparing for the Independent Living Experience
Plan and do supported overnight independence experience; create a personal roadmap.

Managing Health & Wellbeing Independently
Focus on managing health services, medications, mental health, and physical wellbeing.
Module 6
Transport, Technology & Community Navigation
Independent travel training, safe technology use, digital banking, and community navigation.

Teaches financial independence, budgeting, tenant rights, and future planning.

My Independence Plan — Goals, Celebration & Next Steps
