What You'll Learn

You’ll build flexibility, strength, balance, and mobility through gentle yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Yin, chair yoga, and restorative practices. You’ll also learn breathing techniques, grounding strategies, and mindfulness to help you feel calm and centred.

Real-World Connections

You’ll visit a local yoga studio to experience yoga in a different environment and learn how mindfulness and movement can support your wellbeing in everyday life. You’ll explore ways to continue your practice in the community or at home.

Mind–Body Connection: Participants practise breathwork, grounding exercises, and mindful movement to reduce stress and build self-awareness.

Flexibility, Strength & Mobility: Using simple yoga poses and gentle flows, participants develop balance, mobility, and physical stability at their own pace.

Calm, Focus & Wellbeing: Participants engage in guided mindfulness and relaxation strategies to support emotional regulation and everyday stress management.

You’ll record poses you've learned, breathing techniques, reflections, and weekly progress. Your portfolio captures your growth in strength, calmness, and self-awareness across the program.
