This program helps you build confidence through dramatic expression, creativity, and imagination. The skills you develop can be used in everyday life, will strengthen your self-belief and you’ll feel more confident interacting in a range of social settings.

Co-Hive Learning Journey

Module 1

Build Core Skills

Creative Expression & Teamwork: Explore improvisation, storytelling, character creation, voice and movement, imagination skills, and working creatively with others.

Drama Roles & Performance Skills: Learn about set design, props, costumes, script work, staging, storytelling, and other elements of performance

Relationships & Communication:Build skills for living with others — boundaries, emotional safety, conflict resolution, communication, and navigating tricky or uncomfortable situations.

Module 2

Get Real Experience

Practical Application: Practise your communication and drama skills through group scenes, improvisation, warm-ups, teamwork challenges, and real-life social scenarios.

Projects — One Each TermTerm
• Term 1 Project:
Create and perform a short scene or creative showcase for your group.
• Term 2 Project:
Work as a cast to produce a larger creative performance for a small Co-Hive audience.

Excursions: Attend a live theatre or improvisation show to see expressive storytelling and communication in action.

Learning Portfolio

You’ll create a personalised portfolio that tracks your progress and achievements across the program. It includes reflections, goals, photos, checklists, and examples of skills learned. Your portfolio highlights your growth over time and can be shared with family or support teams to show your strengths and readiness for next steps.
