Co-Hive Learning Journey

Module 1

Move, Strengthen & Connect

Physical Fitness & Wellbeing: Participants take part in cardio, stretching, balance, strength-building exercises, agility circuits, and outdoor/indoor fitness tasks.

Teamwork & Motivation: Participants work together in group challenges, relay-style activities, partner tasks, and interactive fitness games that support confidence and social connection.

Module 2

Run Club

Run Club: A supportive group activity where participants train together toward a fitness goal. You’ll follow a simple running plan to build stamina, improve technique, and grow confidence outdoors.

What you’ll do: Sessions include interval training, jog-and-walk sets, warm-ups, cool-downs, and pacing drills. As a team, you’ll work toward completing a 5km or 10km fun run and celebrate the achievement together. Run Club builds fitness, motivation, and teamwork.

Learning Portfolio

You’ll track fitness goals, weekly achievements, reflections, and personal progress. Your portfolio shows how your fitness and confidence grow across the term.
